1. Introduction and Agreement

Welcome to Tit4Booking ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, applications, hotel comparison meta-engine, and VIP travel concierge services. By accessing our platform or making any reservation, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Nature of Service & Role of Tit4Booking

• Tit4Booking operates as an advanced hotel metasearch engine and direct reservation gateway specializing in luxury UAE and worldwide hotel properties.
• We provide transparent rate comparisons, live room availability, verified property amenities, and personalized VIP concierge bookings.
• When you reserve accommodations through our partner networks or direct integration, the lodging contract is entered into directly between you (the guest) and the accommodation provider.

3. User Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into binding agreements.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and booking (including exact guest names as shown on valid passports).
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your profile.

4. Pricing, Currencies, and Taxes

• Displayed rates are available in AED (UAE Dirham), SAR, USD, and other supported world currencies with transparent exchange rates.
• Rates clearly indicate applicable VAT and municipal fees. Certain regional fees, such as the Dubai Tourism Dirham fee, may be collected directly by the hotel property upon check-in.
• Tit4Booking charges zero hidden booking fees for using our comparison engine.

5. Hotel Policies, Check-in & Guest Conduct

• Guests must comply with the individual hotel property's rules, check-in/check-out schedules, and minimum age requirements.
• Valid government-issued photo identification (original passport or national ID) and a credit card for security deposit are required upon check-in.
• Special requests (e.g., specific bedding, early check-in, high floors) are subject to availability upon arrival.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content, brand trademarks, logos, UI designs, code, hotel data compilations, and multimedia assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Tit4Booking.
• Unauthorized copying, scraping, reverse engineering, or redistribution of platform content without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

• While we strive for absolute real-time accuracy, rates and room allocations are dynamically synchronized from hotel distribution networks. Tit4Booking shall not be liable for technical disruptions or third-party provider defaults.
• Tit4Booking is not responsible for property disruptions caused by force majeure events, severe weather, or government regulations.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai, UAE.
